Job Responsibilities/Tasks:
o Designs, develops and update reports using Business Analyzer (BEx) tools to replicate the existing reports developed in Cognos. o Extracts and loads data from SAP systems and external Microsoft SQL Server databases. o Defines, develops, tests and executes all data conversion needs. o Modifies existing data models and queries for performance gains. o Provides weekly updates on progress of all assigned work. o Develops detailed technical specifications. o Complies with all PTC coding standards. o Assists in the technical preparation of business process procedures, test scenarios, end-user documentation and user manuals. o Prepares, develops, executes and validates testing of enterprise data warehouse solutions. o Works with general business users and functional team members to ensure adequate business requirement coverage for reports. o Analyzes the requirements and designs the data models to support enterprise data warehouse solutions. o Develops detailed functional specifications that describe custom changes that are needed to support Commission enterprise data warehouse solutions. o Analyzes, researches and resolves data warehouse problems. o Perform related duties as required.
