Quantum Tech Staffing is looking for a Program Manager for a contract position with one of our clients in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Required Skills:
Experience working as a Project Manager specifically managing highly complex web application projects
Experience managing overall compliance with SEP, CMM, SDLC, SQA, and PM processes and standards
Experience ensuring proper PM frameworks, logistics, change controls, and governance are managed & documented throughout the project lifecycle
Experience ensuring required technical skills and staff resources are available to complete the project within established timeframes
Experience monitoring progress against the established plan and providing accurate timely status reports
Experience evaluating potential risks, impacts, and mitigation strategies, and resolving critical issues
Experience conducting periodic reviews of project phases, deliverables, and critical project milestones
Experience leading, planning, and directing a technical team
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with HL7 or similar healthcare standards
Experience working with health information technology and clinical data
Understanding of Health Information Exchange concept
Superior written and verbal communication skills
