DUTIES
Evaluate and troubleshoot mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes using knowledge of proprietary control software including CC100 and CC200, technical injection molding processes and theoretical and practical aspects of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic circuitry. Troubleshoot electrical circuitry and mechanical equipment failures and make recommendations to clients for repair. On the phone from company headquarters you will perform tests on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic components and identify the components that need repair or replacement.
From computer screens the Service Advisor will diagnose customers problem and walk them through the fix.

REQUIREMENTS
Technical Degree. Requires 2 years exp in injection molding industry and understanding of plastics processing. Exp. must include knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical/electronic circuitry. Requires ability to read and interpret drawings and complex mechanical and operational specifications. Must have knowledge of operational and control software (CC100 and CC200) and ANSI safety standards.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
