Responsibilities
Work under the direction of the General Manager to manage daily operations in a high-volume environment
Strong customer services Skills & Great Personality for 100 % table touches
Work with FOH staff & Bar Staff and Inventory
Ensure company policies and procedures are met
Schedule and appoint tasks and responsibilities to staff as directed by the GM
Inventory, ordering and upholding restaurant maintenance and appearance
Other typical responsibilities to ensure ease of operations
Qualifications
Current experience in a similar role in high-volume casual dining
Demonstrated leadership skills
Outstanding work ethic
Proven ability to train and motivate a team
Approachable leadership style
Guest-focused and service-driven Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
