We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to assist our sales team in promoting FiOS, Home, and Internet products and services throughout the community.
Our Entry Level Customer Support Agent serves as the direct point of contact for our client's customers.
We are on the search for an additional member to assist our team in overcoming challenges, providing exceptional service, all while growing our client's brand.

Customer Support Agent Key
Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships to maintain current and new customer accounts Assist the sales team by demonstrating products and services to potential customers Ensure timely and accurate delivery of our services according to customer needs Represent the company with the customer for all issues concerning the assigned product or service Provide customer feedback to management of product issues and assist in developing a resolution Address customer needs and concerns promptly and as effectively as possible Assist Management with the analysis of sales fundamentals to develop reporting for all initiatives and critical opportunities Track sales activities and trends within the territories assigned Ability to build rapport and collaborate within the company Retain and increase revenue by upselling Customer Support Agent Requirements:
High School Diploma preferred 0-3 years experience in an account management, customer service or sales role preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Must be able to work in a team and independently Perks As A Customer Support Agent:
