Drive groundbreaking change as the Program Lead for a $60MM Warehouse Management System deployment, improving operations across our US pharmaceutical distribution centers and influencing global supply chains.
Lead a critical initiativeto modernize warehouse operations for Johnson&Johnson's Innovative Medicines (J&J).
The 2 pharmaceutical distribution centers distribute 60% of all JJIM worldwide sales, export to over 90 countries, perform clinical distribution, and sample distribution.
Key
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end program and deployment of the Blue Yonder WMS ecosystem ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence Replace a 27
year-old WMS system with Blue Yonder, update the ecosystem supporting the WMS, integrate the technology into the operations, integrated business processes, cut-over and launch with no impact to reliability of distribution processes.
Importance - Supports $30B US trade business, clinical distribution, sample distribution and export operations globally Direct program governance, ensuring alignment with senior leadership and partners.
Drive strong alignment with large J&J IM Transcend Program, an ERP and business transformation, including synchronization of timelines, requirements, resourcing, and business partner communication.
Build strong connectivity to critical business partners and ensure they are well informed and engaged at appropriate levels.
Be responsible for program plans and tracking of progress.
Lead Cutover planning and alignment across strategic projects and functions.
Lead Cutover execution & Hypercare QualificationsEducation:
Bachelors and/or equivalent degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or other related field, required.
Master or advanced degree preferred Experience and Skills:
Required:
A minimum 10 years of experience in Supply chain, including project management within the pharmaceutical/life sciences with a strong preference for candidates with WMS deployment experience.
A minimum 5 years of people management experience Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
Significant experience and a demonstrated track record of success leading Program Management teams in the project/program planning and management of complex projects involving cross-functional, multi-site teams.
Prior experience leading large system deployments is preferred.
Ability to think strategically, demonstrate initiative and bring a solutions-orientated demeanor to issues.
Ability to interact internally and externally with executive level management.
Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.
g.
Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Ability to achieve results and exercise influence across a global organization.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to deal effectively with all levels of leadership.
Strong analytical skills, including data analytics, well organized and capable of leading multiple partners, priorities, and programs.
Proficiency with financial principles, core business concepts, and business and operations management.
Proven leadership capability with ability to make and act on decisions while balancing speed, quality, and risk.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred:
Knowledge of Supply Chain deployment methodologyFPX project execution capabilitiesSix Sigma/LEAN certification preferred, but not required.

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, domestic The anticipated base pay range for this position is $ 142,000- $244,950 USD.
The base salary range listed is based on a US pay scale and may be adjusted based on the successful candidate's geographic location The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
