$95,000 - $100,000 Metz Environmental Services is hiring for a Director of Facilities Operations in the Harrisburg, PA area.
We are a family-owned and operated company focused on providing high quality service and care to our client-partners and the community.
This position is a great opportunity for an experienced multi-site facilities manager to join our team.

The manager will oversee a staff of maintenance and custodial technicians and ensure tasks are performed safely and in a proper manner while ensuring the overall appearance, sanitation and cleanliness is apparent to our client, staff, and the community.

Requirements:
3-5 Years of maintenance management experience Strong knowledge of facility and EVS maintenance procedures Strong work ethic and team player Amazing leadership and mentoring skills Strong computer and administrative skills Experienced in employee management, accounting, and HR functions Experience managing a budget and purchasing supplies Mechanically inclined, understanding EVS industry language We seek candidates that share our values of hospitality, balance, fun, respect, and quality to add to our invigorating work environment.
