Our ideal candidate:
Holds current certification as BCBA Holds current State Licenses as applicable Completes required trainings per BACB requirements per recertification cycle Conducts functional behavior assessments, assessments as appropriate to the client, and caregiver trainings Ensures all interventions are behavior analytic Provides training and supervision of Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians through supervision, observations, meetings, performance coaching and other methods.
Ensures all cases meet requirements for supervision of Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians Maintains highly organized, consistent, thorough, and systematic record-keeping practices Establishes and maintains data measurement, collection, and analysis systems for clients receiving behavioral interventions Develops and ensures that all treatment plans and programs comply with contract requirements, satisfies all relevant insurance certification and other expectations, and meets or exceeds professional standards Effectively communicates with all treatment team members Effectively communicates with all administrative staff and follows the directions of the Clinical Director and Operations Manager Ensures all required documentation is completed for authorizations and reauthorizations in a timely manner, responds in a timely manner to additional requirements or insurance requests for authorizations Follows all policies and procedures of AByay Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Must have or be able to obtain clearances.
Must be available for day and some evening hours.
