Incumbent to this position will collect and organize records for third parties and provide to the Records Management Specialist for review and certification.

$18/hr.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES - Essential for this position:
Ensure that the collection and production of electronic and paper documents are following all legal and business obligations.
Assumes responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of content retrieval when responding to legal document demands, (e.
g.
, subpoenas, search warrants, etc.
), by submitting completed packages to the Records Management Specialist for certification.
Maintain litigation hold standards of the organization.
Maintain corporate records retention schedule and ensure proper archiving, production, storage, and destruction of records all in accordance with the retention schedule and applicable policies.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system to ensure records can be located quickly and are available for regulatory inspection at any time.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
