With support from senior fraud staff, he Fraud Analyst will execute the Bank's front-line and/or electronic fraud programs including, but not limited to, management of loss prevention tools and processes (e.
g.
fraud detection systems and fraud prevention rules), fraud case investigation, electronic disputes, court testimony, and customer education and support.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in fraud.
Knowledge of and experience complying with Reg E is also beneficial.
Proficient reading, verbal and written communication, mathematical, computer, problem solving, visual, auditory and interpersonal relations skills; thorough knowledge of regulations affecting bank security and fraud prevention; sufficient technical communications skills to provide guidance and training to office personnel on account fraud and security related matters; work independently in a fast-paced environment being a self-starter and reliable; portray a professional attitude, display good judgment and maintain confidentiality at all times; valid driver's license.
