Reservation Specialists are responsible for selling, arranging, and facilitating travel arrangements for AAA Members/clientele purchasing commodity travel products and making reservations for domestic and international destinations.
Working as a member of the AAA One Team, the Specialist provides remarkable experiences and service to AAA's members/clients, ensuring total satisfaction as reflected on Total Satisfaction survey scores.
This is a hybrid position with both remote and in person work hours.
The ideal candidate possesses:
In-depth knowledge of geography Proven success in a sales environment Good communication skills in person, writing, and over the phone Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Exceptional computer skills - accuracy is vital to this position Good multi-tasking ability and time management Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to plan and participate in AAA promotional events Occasional flexibility outside of normal working hours Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen Career Path:
