About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity within the Global Integrated Digital Marketing team to support our Marketing Technology practice.
This new role will be responsible for managing the daily operations our marketing technology portfolio and leading key capabilities within Digital Marketing that supports modern demand management.
This role requires a strong technology portfolio management background as well as a deep understanding of Digital Marketing and relevant marketing technologies.
This individual needs to be a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities concurrently with minimal direction, work in collaboration with business and engineering teams while successfully managing stakeholders.
This position will report to the Head of Marketing Technology & Data Strategy.
As the Marketing Technology Portfolio Manager, you will ensure that all technology is vetted within the Digital Marketing Technology Council as well as goes through formal procurement processes (e.
g.
, VRAQ, Privacy Audits, etc.
).
Additionally, you'll partner with teams that hold larger enterprise contracts that Marketing leverages to ensure our fully capabilities and daily operations are managed as needed.
Within this role, you will work in close partnership with business stakeholders across digital channel owners, marketing teams, and sales operations to ensure our Digital Marketing capabilities are supported by the right technology, processes, and costs.
You will represent our marketing stakeholders in creation of user stories / requirements for our engineer counterparts.
To be successful the individual will:
Leverage deep knowledge of marketing process, data, marketing technology stack and digital channels that drive E2E customer journey to advise and direct key decisions for the Digital Marketing COE technology stack and data needs.
Oversee Marketing Technology Solutions lifecycles including identifying, selecting, implementing, and managing those solutions (including renewal) Create and implement a scalable and sustainable product and solution inventory document (includes Contract details as well as submitted businesses cases) Work with the Head of Marketing Technology & Data Strategy to develop technology strategies that support marketing objectives, align with trends as well as takes advantage of emerging technologies.
This also includes assisting in the creation of future technology roadmaps.
Be the point person for MarTech vendor management:
including escalations, business reviews, etc.
with strong partnership with procurement and finance to ensure all MarTech solutions go through formal audits and processes.
Run Marketing Technology Council that functions as a cross team advisory board to make key decisions on technology investment and portfolio management.
Partner with other product managers in both sales and marketing to ensure alignment of capabilities and drive requirements.
Articulate business needs into technical needs, via user stories, to Engineers ensuring ongoing prioritization investment alignment and stakeholder management.
Work with Change Management team to ensure proper communication and enablement plans are implanted to support changes occurring within your capabilities area.
Manage the governance, user roles and authorization concept framework as well as utilization reports together with your marketing lead.

At least 8-10 years of relevant working experience preferably in High Tech Industry Degree in Marketing or related discipline preferred Strong leadership, planning, project management and problem resolution skills along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven digital experience with a track record of defining and delivery a holistic technology strategy (B2C experience beneficial) Experience working with Sirius Decisions/Forrester methodologies and processes the support the Marketing Funnel Deep Knowledge of digital, marketing technology platforms and tools including Jira Experienced in technical sprint cycles, user story creation and delivery Strong process knowledge for marketing funnel/buyer journey across various channels.
Experience creating and designing technical user stories and test scripts A solid understanding of marketing automation with experience with automation tools Successfully managed digital platforms including Adobe, ServiceNow, CMS Tools, EDPs, Location:
