7 Harrisburg, PA Harrisburg, PA Full-time Full-time From $30,000 a year From $30,000 a year The PA Elks Home Service Program provides free in-home support, advocacy and service coordination for children and adults of all ages with developmental disabilities (disabilities before the age of 22) The Elks Home Service Nurse helps individuals and families find the resources and services they need to live as independently as possible and to improve their health outcomes and quality of life.
Work will be performed with individuals and families in Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry Counties.
A company car will be provided for travel for work.
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania Current Drivers license with the ability to operate a car in a safe manner Skill in human relations, effective communication, and working with families, schools, agencies, and providers as a team Self directed, independent, and able to work from home Able to travel throughout Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry Counties to service caseload Networking, investigative, and communication skills Job Type:
