As part of the Learning & Development and Capability Building Team, you will report to the Learning & Development and Capability Building Lead and partner with Integrated Brand Teams, Sales, Insights and Analytics, Human Resources, and other relevant functions.
How you will contributeCollaborate with stakeholders to understand specific skills and knowledge requirements needed to meet organizational objectives.
Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to address identified learning needs, with a focus on digital skills training, insights generation, questioning techniques, and territory and business managementAssess, analyze, and continually enhance the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives aimed at elevating the business acumen of teams.
Utilize innovative and effective modalities to ensure engaging and impactful learning experiences.
Create and implement leadership development initiatives to enhance the capabilities of leaders at all levels.
Partner with functional heads to integrate learning solutions seamlessly into daily operations.
Drive initiatives to shape and enhance the organizational culture, fostering the learning and growth mindset, and drive organizational success.
Integrate cultural development strategies into training programs to support a positive and collaborative work environment.
Implement strategies to promote effective ways of working, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Continuously assess and adjust initiatives based on feedback and results.
Explore and integrate innovative technologies to enhance the delivery and effectiveness of training programs.
Create a positive work environment that provides opportunities to learn, grow, challenge, and achieve.
Support Brand Field Development Leads to integrate innovative and new technologies into branded training initiatives, ensuring cutting-edge and effective learning experiences.
Actively manages agency partner relationships, expectation setting, and budgeting.
Minimum Requirements/QualificationsBachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 8
years of pharmaceutical experienceStrong background in digital skills training, insights generation, and question techniquesAdvanced degree or certification in Learning and Development, Organizational Leadership, or related fields are preferredProven experience in designing and implementing leadership development solutions and training programsInterpersonal skills and experience working with leaders, identifying needs, developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and presenting results/recommendations.
Experience in organizational development and cultural transformation initiatives.
Ability to effectively lead and influence others without authority and build strong relationships cross functionally, at all organizational levels.
Deep understanding of adult learning methodologies, instructional design, and curriculum development.
Project planning and management skills, plus the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Experience collaborating with external partners, vendors, or industry experts for training and development initiatives.
Self-directed and willing to take informed risks.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and leadership skillsStrong analytical capabilities and excellent communication/presentation skills, both oral and written.
Skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and eLearning platformsTravel RequirementsAbility to travel (up to 20% of the time)Willingness to travel to various meetings, and conferences and could include overnight.

Base Salary Range:
$149,100.
00 - $234,300.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
