Quantum Tech Staffing is looking for a VoIP Systems Administrator for a permanent position with one of our clients in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

VoIP Trunks
PSTN Media Gateways
PSTN Server Cards
SIP, RTP, IAX
NICE TO HAVES:
Day to day job functions include but are not limited to the configuration and deployment of the following products and services.
Dell Sonicwall SMB Routers
Dell Powerconnect Series Switches
Aastra 6700 and 6800 Series SIP Phones
Polycom Desk and Conference Phones
Plantronics Headsets
Grandstream Phones
Various other SIP Soft and Hard Phones
SchmoozeComm PBX Systems
Position
Responsibilities:
Initial Contact with the client to discuss HIG Voice product and services
Qualify existing equipment for VoIP Deployment
Scope project for appropriate number of lines, type of service, and equipment
Configuration of Asterisk based PBX to fit the needs of the client
Phones system training
Phone system documentation specific to the client
Continued support for each client for minor to major changes
o Adding a new phone
o Adding a new office location
Continued development of product and services offerings to provide improvement of services
Quantum Tech Staffing is an EOE.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
