Superior Plus Energy Services is currently in search of an individual that is highly self-driven and has proven success in outside sales in addition to being an exceptional motivator and leader of a dynamic sales team in order to help grow our business and further develop our sales professional's skills and performance.
Reporting directly to the VP, Sales & Marketing, the Sales Manager is a key member of the Sales leadership team. The Sales Manager has responsibility for the development and execution of the sales strategy for their specific territory, while developing and leading a highly effective and productive sales team.

Position Responsibilities and Expectations:
Lead, coach and develop a sales team selling heating fuels and small commercial power fuels to residential and / or small commercial customers in a geographic territory.
Implement a comprehensive, best in class sales management process with established goals and activity targets and continuously track and monitor sales funnel activity and the achievement of sales goals and objectives.
In collaboration with the VP-Sales & Marketing, Regional Managers, Customer Service C enter (CSC) Managers and other Sales Managers, develop sales and marketing strategies to exceed annual new customer sales targets and to ensure customer retention on new account sales.
Promote the "Everyone Sells" culture within the SPES organization and foster a culture of cooperation and teamwork across the operating territory with respect to sales engagement and team selling.
Assist in the development of the departmental budget and work to achieve budgetary requirements
Collaborate with marketing to communicate competitive activity and to ensure alignment and proper execution of programs.
Assist with gathering weekly sales metrics and providing explanations of the numbers as needed along with forecasting sales results.
Establish a consistent two way dialogue with the Regional Manager & CSC Managers to ensure the successful execution of overall company objectives.
Able to travel between regional locations regularly to work with sales team and CSC Managers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related sales and leadership experience
3 Years Experience in high activity sales process, focusing on residential or small commercial business account aggregation.
Minimum 5 years of sales management experience. Other leadership experience may be considered along with increased years of successful outside sales experience
Demonstrated hands-on sales management acumen. Not a "behind the desk" sales manager.
Ability to independently manage priorities, workload, projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
Intermediate to advance computer abilities
CRM tool experience. Salesforce.com preferred.
Positive attitude and drive
Ideal Candidate Assets:
Knowledge of the Energy industry (Heating Oil, Propane, Natural Gas or Electricity)/ Retail Sales.
Proven success as a coach/mentor/trainer to others in order to improve their abilities

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
