Administrative Specialist

For the GS-9 level:
Two full academic years of progressively higher level graduate education or master's, or equivalent graduate degree (LLB, JD, LLM, Ph.D., etc.), from an accredited college or university with a major in human resources, social or behavioral sciences, or in such fields as business or public administration or industrial management, psychology, labor relations, education; OR One full-time year (12 months) of specialized work experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-7 level in the Federal service. Experience that demonstrates a fundamental knowledge in administrative specialties such as contracting and procurement, management analysis, human resources management, budget and financial management, support services, and work measurement. OR A combination of education and experience as listed above. For the GS-11 level:
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degreeorLL.M., if related OR One full-time year (12 months) of specialized work experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-9 level in the Federal service. Experience that demonstrates a fundamental knowledge in administrative specialties such as contracting and procurement, management analysis, human resources management, budget and financial management, support services, and work measurement. OR A combination of education and experience as listed above. For GS-12 level:
One full-time year of specialized work experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-11 level in the Federal service. Experience that demonstrates a fundamental knowledge in administrative specialties such as contracting and procurement, management analysis, human resources management, budget and financial management, support services, and work measurement. Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement 03/27/2020 including time-in-grade restrictions, specialized experience and/or education, as defined. Time in grade:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
